Hello,

Am I able to send info my Lumia 930 browser to OneNote? If so, how? Am I able to make notes on those pages and save them?

On a desktop where I do not have Office installed - can I do the same thing? Send cut and paste or browser info directly to OneNote?

I saw OneNote on a Surface 3 - simply amazing!

Thanks,

Mr. V

I believe you can open the browser menu, hit share and put it in OneNote.

You can add typed text along with the URL, but no drawing ON the page I think.
You can install OneNote for free. If you are in the modern IE browser, you can share directly to the modern OneNote app.
The Office version of OneNote is also free, so you can install that, and you'll get a "send to OneNote" tool that can appear and take screen clippings and stuff.

You can also access OneNote online at office.com

Ok, I do have the OneNote option by sharing on my phone browser - thanks!

On my laptop, on IE, I don't see a OneNote option. I am running Windows 8 and have the app installed.

Is there a plugin?

needs to be IE app to share, on IE desktop try Print > send to OneNote

nor laptop ....

I hope I don't have to have office ...

But you can download only onenote for windows for free, if u dont need full office suit u dont have to buy it.

Yup, I have it!

But I can't send to one note from the app.

Be nice if the WP app was more functional.

thanks for your help!

I find the best way to share browser pages to OneNote is by emailing the link to me@onenote.com - especially from a phone.
It will create a page in your quick notes section, insert a screenshot of the web page and make all the text on the page searchable.

It's better than the direct share to onenote on Windows Phone.
