in general my OneDrive works fine. However, I have an issue with my 'Personal Vault' (PV).
I'm able to open it in 'View Online' on my Surface Book2 and GO.
On my Surface GO I'm ALSO able to open it in the File Explorer. OneDrive level: 20.052.0311.011
HOWEVER: On my Surface Book 2 Level: 20.064.329.0007
I can't open it in the 'File Explorer'; I always get: "we couldn't unlock your Personal Vault" (error 0x80070015).
All runs on my C-disk and I have NO ISSUE with my disk, apps, system etc.
My W10 is automatically updated i.e. no updates outstanding Level: 18363.815
PS: I reported this to MS already and got a ticket #2014491 - BUT never an answer ( although I have NO idea which forum, support etc it was!?)
