Opening gallery glitch issue

I changed my phone and put a SD card from the old Lumia 8.1 phone, restoring has passed flawlesly, even background image restored on new phone
From the very start i noticed a few seconds very iritating glitch when want to attach a picture from some apps, email, whatsupp, messanger....on every app! Opening gallery from home screen is with no any delays!
Anyone experienced similar? How to solve that? I know it can be solved....
