OS 8.0.10328.78 Question

What's the difference between OS 8.0.10328.78 & OS 8.0.10327.77 other than OS 8.0.10328.78 being newer?

It can be carrier, country or region version there is only differences like one of them can have FM radio other one not etc.

My L925 had FM Radio on 8.0.10327.77, but not Data Sense which it now has on 8.0.10328.78. So I'm guessing that it's probably just Carrier specific things from Three UK and the addition of Data Sense that I've got in 8.0.10328.78 & possibly Microsoft bug fixes.
