Oh, sorry... I'm so used to people having changed Region to get Cortana I sometimes forget it isn't universal.

I understand only nordic countries get the real denim firmware (I mean a real change in FW along the GDR1 update that everybody gets) right now, and other Lumias in January.

Oh, sorry... I'm so used to people having changed Region to get Cortana I sometimes forget it isn't universal.

The problem in changing the region is that i loose my possibilities to pay on the market with my credit cards and i no longer can access Finnish store. It's really stupid.

I checked updates twice; nothing, but when I turned DP off, got It right away. Might be coincidence, but I think for some reason it needs to be off.

It's strange that Finland is getting it before the rest of Europe. I guess MS is trying to be nice after nabbing the Nokia out of Finland, LOL.

Dev Preview is for OS updates, not firmware updates. But I agree you should not have to, thankfully it is just a setting toggle within the app and not some complicated process.

No Denim for my UK country variant, yet.

There's nothing of strange. All the firmwares, phones design and general planning is done in Finland microsoft. It's a small market where they can test and slowly roll out the OTA
