Outlook App badge icon not working

Hi, I have a Surface Duo 2 updated to latest release, I have a problem with Outlook app, badge icon notifications are not working, I have tried to update Outlook app, I have turned on all notifications but I still have this annoying issue. I did a hard reset of device but I just wasted my time, the problem is not solved, maybe someone can send me some advice?

Kindly cross check your launcher settings by long tapping on home screen. You find this setting in icons and appearance.
Restart your device most of the time many problems will be solved only by restarting the device.
