Outlook not syncing correctly to Calendar app?

Hey guys,

I am new to the entire W8 revolution and am looking for guidance on a specific problem- for some reason whenever I fill in details into my Outlook calendar i.e.- new event and click save, it either does not upload to my Calendar app, or itll work, or even sometimes itll take a few hours. Is there a reason for this? Thanks.

Maybe it has to do with your update cycle options.
In which interval does your phone grabs information from your outlook?

It is very random.. sometimes it will be instantaneous while other times it will take hours.

can anyone help with this problem? I don't understand how it is not syncing correctly with my Calendar app on W8!
