what OS version are you on? And are there any updates for mail app in store?

Yeah, I'm seeing the same on 420, taking over 1 minute to create an email, sometimes it just times out and fails.
I haven't done a reset, before anyone asks.
This build seems to be having battery issues again too, wishing I hadn't "upgraded" from 338...

Hmm, I seem to be able to get it to work, if I restart Outlook every time, before creating a message.
Tried to send feedback, but feedback app hangs, also "..." forever, hmm...
Edit: the restart seems to have been a (twice) fluke, now I can't manage to create an email at all, regardless of number of restarts.

Mine works now, there was an Outlook update today, and I haven't seen this since.
