Hi there. I received a replacement phone from Nokia. After a while I felt it overheat. So I turned it off. After that the touch screen is not working. The phone boots, volume, power, camera buttons work.
It's out of warranty. Any idea who can fix this, what the problem is?
Thanks

Have you tried a soft reset yet? Since the buttons still work, you should be able to do that. Hold the down button and the power button until the phone shuts down, then starts back up. Release the buttons after it vibrates on the startup. If your problem isn't hardware, that should clear it. Good luck!

Any place I can send it to be fixed? It's a hardware problem. Something besides pacos...
Does nokia repair phones out of warranty? I could pay for the repair.

Go to a nokia care store with your original bill, tell them that you want it fixed. they will make sure you acknowledge that its out of warranty and will have it fixed.

Mine had a similar problem, I just left the device dead for 2-3 days and turned it back on and it worked fine.
