Yes,
If you can for example connect 4 treasure tags to your phone and still can listen to your bluetooth head phone.
But you can not use a bluetooth head set and bluetooth speakers at the same time.

That I do not know. You have to try it yourself.

As Harrie-S mentioned, you'll have to test it for yourself. But I want to say "yes". My Microsoft Band and my car can be connected at the same time and push notifications to each separately.

Yes, it will work just fine. I use a Bluetooth A2DP adaptor for music and a Bluetooth headset for voice. Works great. I believe you have to be on 8.1 and of course connect both devices.
