when i want to download something from mobile they ask for email .i know email but forgotten passward. what is a remedy

Open your Hotmail account from web browser which is using for Store.

Click 'forgot password' and proceed.

Well i think its probably ur onedrive account, so just go to outlook.com(but i think amm onedrive.com will work too) and press forgot password, and then u will type in your e-mail and in the e-mail there will be the new password, then thers probably will be link which u need to go to, and probably write new password
