Password reset failed

My password no longer worked for me to access my Windows 10 PC. I tried the password reset answering as many questions as I could but I received a message from MS saying it was not enough. I tried again and then received a message that I had requested too many times. So now I am locked out of my PC. Any help/advice appreciated. :>(
