Why are there no patches for me today (January 2023 Patch Tuesday)?

Is it, because I am running an evaluation version of Windows 11 Pro in my UTM VM?

If so, is there a way around that limitation?

Yes, Evaluation copy always have some limitation with it and seen in the above snapshot that your system also not met the minimum requirements for this. Evaluation copies have also the time limits so check that it's not expired.

Work around is that download the latest version of the evaluation copy and install it on your VM.
