So I was thinking of adding my card as a payment option to my Microsoft account. If I add the card to my Microsoft account from the website, will it automatically be added to my windows phone store account, my windows store account and Xbox profile account?

I entered my CC on my WP account on my PC. It shows up on the WP as long as both are on the same logon.

If each of them uses the exact same Microsoft account, yes.
