Pc showing digital signature error (windload.exe)

Had turned on my pc and tried to open settings but had some .exe error.. Restarted pc and then it was showing digital signature error and windload.exe problem.. And asks me to press enter key to try again and f8 to solve it but both aur not working and showing me the page.. What do I do now? :/
