PD 8.10.14157.200 Issue

I got the update onto my 521, now my wpcentral keeps pulling the network error bit so I can't use it right nor login to passport service, start lag remains, SD card "error", etc

I tried a few shut offs and soft resets but no change, PS I accidentally booted during data migration with the button combo thinking I was done but forgot the data thing.

(Network error happens on wifi only for some reason)

Will I have to hard reset AGAIN after doing it a few days ago e.e?

No issue here on my Lumia Icon. My phone is much faster now! Love it! Does anyone have access to the change log?
