Pending Tiles Size Update on GDR3

Are you looking forward to it?

I'm not. I prefer the current size of the tiles on my Lumia 920. IMO, the new tile sizes should only be for phablets.

I don't wanna be coerced into using the new tile sizes. MSFT should at least give us the option whether to use the new sizes or not.

What's your take on this?

I think it looks like a cluttered mess. Microsoft already doesn't have the best of reputations for user experience and here they go reinforcing that perception. It might have bothered me less if they allowed for full width tiles, but it doesn't look like they do.

That said, I think the look is only for phones running at 1080p and up. Although, I wonder how they'll handle a device roughly the size of, let's say, the HTC One. Those small tiles are going to be miniscule.
