Performaces lowering Feedback and Diagnostics

I must admit, who said lowering Feedback to Base were right.
Effects aren't immediate, (on first times it seemed to me my keyboard prediction didn't work anymore) but later I felt a sensible improvement.

I'm so sorry, Gabe & team, but everybody isn't living in a full covered, plenty powered 4G/optical wifi coverage areas for uploading data without slowering o.s.

It's worth noting that back with webOS, we'd always turn off the system logging to improve performance.
