Phantom update

Every time I look at the update counter there is always one more update that is there, if there are no updates it shows a count of one and three if there are two. When I go to check the update, the count disappears or goes to what it should be but comes back a minute or two later. Does any one had a problem like this?

Never has this problem, but you could try unpinning the Store tile, doing a soft reset, and then repinning the Store tile.
