Phone advice needed

My contract is finished with Sprint on the 14th of this month and I am moving at AT&T for various reasons. That being said I am in the market for a Windows Phone. In the past I have had and HTC EVO with I have no idea what version of Android on it and currently I have an iPhone 5. Any one have any suggestions as to if I should wait to get a phone because of something better coming out in the next couple of months (HTC One M8) or is what is out there now the best I am going to get for the rest of the year. I just don't want the new phone I get and am going to have for the next 2 years to be outdated within a month because of something new coming out that I don't know about.

Well if you need to have a phone right now you have option of the 1520.3 to use on AT&T if size is not an issue, best wait until the HTC M8 rolls out onto AT&T if you want the latest & greatest running WP. As I doubt MS will announce anything other devices this year as the media will still be in a tizzy about the recent apple announcements.
