Phone and Message tile gone

Anybody who knows how I can get my phone and message tile back on the Microsoft band? Suddenly it was gone.

The tiles are configured in the MS Health app. Click on the icon of the band, and click on "Manage Tiles".

Thank you for suggestion. It seems my phone was updating to a newer version. After reboot of phone the options came back in the app of phone and thus I could add them again.
