"Phone" button missing from Start screen

Lumia 640 on 10. The "Phone" button is missing from my Start screen. And when I go to All Apps it's of course there but Pin to Start is ghosted. Maybe there's a good different app I could download/install and then Pin?

Never mind! I just found it on the Start. Because it was bought at Cricket the text on the button says Cricket. DOH! Now I'm waiting for an unlock code from Cricket, so I wonder how that will possibly change the button. I don't see a way to rename it.

It says cricket, because the name of the mobile network you are currently connected to is Cricket. When you switch to Vodafone, it will say Vodafone. when you switch to T-Mobile, it will say T-Mobile, eg on roaming, it will change even you have Cricket sim to whatever mobile network you will be using..
