Phone gets stuck zoomed in

I am not sure how it happens and I haven't found others reporting the problem. But, my wife's 920 will suddenly zoom in. Right on the home screen. Everything will zoom in. When you open an app it will be zoomed way in. Swiping to the right has the app list zoomed in.

Restarting phone does not fix the problem. She will sit there for 5 minutes doing pinch to zoom type gestures trying to get it to zoom back out. Then randomly she will get it to zoom back out.

Anyone else having this issue?

Settings>ease of access>Screen magnifier to off

To help get you there, double tap with two fingers to turn it off.

double tap with 2 fingers. looks like you accidentally turned on magnifier. to turn it off, go to settings>ease of access>screen magnifier>off

I have had this, but the phone needs a restart after it happens.

Wow this is a terrible feature. I've been accidentally zooming in and didn't know what the hell was happening. This shouldn't be enabled by default IMO.

This is a WONDERFUL feature. This is so useful, not like you will accidentally enable it anyway.

Just because you can't utilize it properly doesn't make it a terrible feature.
