Phone keeps thinking it's charging

Has anyone had a problem with their 920 where it thinks it's charging? When it gets in this mode, the phone can't be charged using the wireless charge plate and needs to be restarted. This happens to me numerous times a day and I thought I'd finally ask around here to see if anyone else has this problem.

That is interesting. I have heard of this issue somewhere but did not experience it on the 920 that I had for a few weeks.

I ignored it as a single incidence today. When I got to work I noticed the battery icon displaying the charging icon, even though I had it off the charger for 2hs. After I put it onto the charger again and removed it, it worked fine. Hope it doesn't come back....
note that I did not have to restart to fix it.

Yup!

I thought i was the only one. I have had this issue as well for the past few weeks. the little icon keeps showing that it is charging on occasion but all i need to do is place it back onto the wireless plate and that sorts everything out.

I've had this problem for quite a while. It will randomly go into charging mode.

Anyone happen to find a solution?

I've had the opposite, where it thinks it isn't charged after it has been charged. Weirdly enough, charging it and then removing it from a charge fixed it.

I'm resurrecting this thread because I FINALLY fixed it I've been using a 635 the past few months and decided to give the 920 one last shot. I ordered a replacement battery off Amazon and sure enough, problem SOLVED!
