Phone Not Working HELP!!!

Today I Booted my phone while in my bed to check the time normal home screen windows 8.1.
Accidently dropped my phone on my chest, turned it back on BSOD with
Okay did hard and soft reset still the same bsod
then Nokia Software recovery tool it stop at enter pin and my phone came up with loss of battery.
Plug in it says it charging 30 min later charging no home screen.
Please Help!!!

Have you let the phone charge completely?

Once you do that try a soft reset. Press power button and volume down together until the phone vibrates. See if that helps.

My phone came on but it turns it self off and on in a loop
