Phone update

I am not able to update my phone from 10166 to 10512. My phone is showing update is available.but the downloaded percentage is 0% since last 4 days. My phone system space is. Taken more than 5gb.

Try soft , and then hard reset...

Same here. I did a downgrade to 8.1 then tried to reinstall windows 10 mobile as fast insider. I'm stuck at 8.1 and says I have the latest update.
Did Microsoft pulled the latest build?

Yes. And opted for fast insider. Been doing this since start of insider program.
