Does anyone know of a reliable photo recognition software that works with out being connected to the internet.
I work at a medical practice, and I have been tasked with organizing the photo folder. We are talking 10 plus years of photo to go through. The kicker is there are a lot of photos that only have a date and no name. With a practice that has thousands of patients it is impossible to know every patient by name and face.
I am looking for a photo facial recognition program that operates independently of a server/internet connection. This is a requirement do to the Government regulations of storing and access patient information. No one outside of the medical practice can have access to this information period.
