How to get lost photos from lumia 925, formatted from phone storage, lost my important photos, how to recover??? Please help me

If you've backed them up in OneDrive, then you should be able to find them in your OneDrive account. If you've backed them up to your PC, then those photos should be in your PC, too.

However, if you haven't backed them up in any way, there is no way to recover those photos.

Yes, no way. Not even current (modern) professional photo recovery services can do that. Based on my readings on the security features of Windows Phones, any attempt to read data from the device without using the user's credentials (PIN and Microsoft Account) will force the device to either wipe the device clean or brick the device beyond recovery.

If the Lumia 925 had an SD Card and your photos were saved in that card, then your photos could still be recovered from the SD Card. But the Lumia 925 doesn't have an SD Card slot.
