I was wondering if any of you guys that use photobeamer notice that the photos look a lot rougher and less clear on photobeamer than on the phone. I know that the size of the screen on the phone is much smaller and thus images are more sharp but should they be that much sharper? I'm beaming the photos to my 15 inch laptop.

I don't think photobeamer sends the original pic. It compresses it to a lower quality to minimize data usage and maximize speed. Although I wish there was some quality settings...

Yeah as mentioned above your photos will be uploaded to Nokia servers with high compression. This is essentially to reduce the size and time so that it creates the feel of beaming the photo from the phone to pc/laptop/tv.

The pic looks okay on a latop but haven't tried it on a HDTV yet.

well I wouldn't call what I saw in my laptop as super grainy. What is the res add size of the original pic and the one that came showed up on your browser?

they only show a lower quality pic. i checked the size its only about half size of the original image. but its still a great app.

I agree there should be an option to send at the original size. This could be a great tool but the resolution leaves a lot to be desired on high res screens.
