Photos app problems

I just got a 1520 the day the 8.1 update rolled out to them on AT&T, so I can't say if these issues were present in 8.0 or not...

First, trying to view my One Drive photos through the Photos app just doesn't work right. I can go into my one drive albums, but the photos just never load. On the One Drive app they load fine. Second, the Photos live tile keeps failing and turning the color of my theme and I have to go into the Photos settings and touch "shuffle now" for it to start again.

I also have other little issues like scrolling, which is terribly jittery in any app no matter what. And sometimes my capacitive buttons won't register touch until I lock the screen and unlock it again. This is a refurb phone by the way. Any tips? I have tried a factory reset to no avail.

I'm having the same problem. Too bad there's 71 views on this thread and no responses because I've been struggling with this as well. I've been searching the forums for days and haven't seen anyone reporting problems with the photos app. Mostly xbox music hate, which I haven't had problems with oddly enough. And people seem to be stating specifically that scrolling is smoother on 8.1, which it is not for me.
