Picked up my new 1520 today

Picked up my new 1520 today so far so good. at&t wanted 199 but when i told them amazon had it on line
for 99 dollars. they had no problem price matching. got it in red. now i'll see how it works in the real world.
need to find some kind of case though.

I tried to get my local AT&T store to price match my local Microsoft store ($584.99 vs $549.00) and they flat out refused. Said "AT&T does not price match anyone". I asked for the store manager and was told "This is corporate policy". I walked out and went to over to MS. Maybe the salesmen was just being a jerk.

sounds like you had a jerk for a salesmen. over 35 bucks. read your other post. stick with WP i think in 6 months it will be a fantastic os
i came over from iphone and haven't looked back. how many apps can 1 phone hold. if your into windows this is a very good phone.
syncs great with all things windows. the calendar is weak, hoping it has a major upgrade in 8.1

Yes, it really shines on a big screen..

I am really worried that the days of 4 inch screens and Nokia grade hardware might be over. I am hoping that they can fit a 4.3-4 incher in a body with similar dimension to the iPhone 5-Nokia N9 which are just perfect for one handed use.
