Picture Password on Surface Go

Hello together,

I can't find the option to use a picture password on my Surface Go. As the option is usually pretty easy to find I was wondering if it has something to do with Windows Home S Mode, Windows Version 1803 or perhaps Windows Hello.

I switched to home and I have the picture password option.
