Pin "internet sharing"?

Hey everyone,

Has anyone figured out a way to pin things like Internet Sharing so I can quickly toggle it without digging through the settings menu? I saw something that looked promising, but it required an unlocked device...which I do not have Any ideas? Thanks!

Maybe if a 3rd party solution exists (like the Microsoft Data Connection "app"), but you can't do it on the phone natively.

Really annoying when you're tethering something but have to go do something for a few minutes only to find the phone disabled it and you have to go through the app list/settings list to toggle it back on.
