Playlist not tranfering to phone

I'm having an issue where my playlists are not showing up on my phone. I'm tranferring all my music and playlists to my Micro SD card. I used the Windows Phone app for Desktop on my Windows 10 machine to sync. This issue did not occur on my 1520 running the latest Win 10 Mobile Preview. Anyone else having this issue. Is there a fix or another utility I can do this with?
