Please help i am facing this problem in windows 10

[Windows Central Question]

The start menu is filled with apps showing download sign........it says A GREAT APP IS COMING.........WHENEVER I replace another app in start menu.....the cursor revolvles and start menu shuts........after I click the start menu again the replaced app is removed and again filled with download sign apps........Though I unpin them......they again come back after the start menu crash........Plz help.....TIA

Did you have another Windows 10 device before? Are these system apps or 3rd party programs? We talking PC, Tablet or Phone?
