Why Lumia 720 update Lumia Black always 0%,it does not move,I already use my wifi update but nothing happen,can some tell me what going on to my Lumia 720?Thank you.

Try doing a soft reset - hold volume down and power button together until the phone vibrates. Let go and phone will restart. You may need to reset date and time. This doesn't erase any files.

You can also use Sysapp Pusher to see if there are any systems files that need updating. SysApp Pusher | Windows Phone Apps+Games Store (United Kingdom)

If those two fail then I'd suggest doing a hard reset but you shouldn't need to do that.
