Surfaces are awesome. Surfaces are also pricey. We want to know, which of you put down a preorder on one of the new devices?
This week, Microsoft unveiled a huge range of new Surface devices, including a shocking pair of folding devices slated for Holiday 2020. In the near-term, however, we have the Surface Pro 7, the Surface Laptop 3, and the Surface Pro X.
The Surface Pro 7 doesn't revolutionize the standard formula, but they did add in USB-C (finally) and leverage 10th gen Intel chips. The Surface Laptop 3 is perhaps a bit more interesting, complete with a 15-inch variant and a "Surface Edition" Ryzen AMD chip. The Surface Pro X also stood out from the pack, with its ARM-based "Microsoft SQ1" processor built for performance, always-on connectivity, and radical thinness.
Each device has unique user scenarios, as well as wildly varying price points. Ultimately, we want to know: which Surface device did you preorder, if any?
