We're past the first 24 hours of the age of Windows 10 and while the buzz isn't exactly dying down, more folks than ever before have been able to take Microsoft's latest and greatest for a spin. We know that a lot of people were trying to get hold of it, and that a lot of people were resorting to manual methods to try and pull the update.
