Possible to set IE user agent to Googlebot?

Hey, I'm currently on T-Mobile subscribed to the $70.00 unlimited everything plan with 500 mb of tethering data. The problem I'm having is if I set the user agent in IE to Desktop then it counts towards my tethering data and eventually I become unable to browse using the Desktop user agent. Is there any way that I can change the user agent to Googlebot which not only loads the Desktop versions of websites, however also won't eat into my 500 mb of tethering data?

This sounds like something that would be done on the PC, not the phone.

I would talk to T-Mobile about that. It shouldn't be counting against your tethering.
