Powermat full charge

For those who are using the powermat, does the powermat shut off when the 1520 is fully charged? I've notice mine stays on.

It stays on for a while, but eventually shuts off, in my experience. I tend to leave my phone on it overnight and usually wake up to the phone at about 99%-100%. My guess would be that it shuts off, but re-activates if the charge drops below a certain amount.

From what I understand, that's how its suppose to work, but I think mines not doing that.
