Pre-order held up in customs?

So I just received a call from the Microsoft Store in the Providence Place Mall, Providence RI. My pre-order for the Surface Pro 4 will be 'delayed' for an unknown period of time. Kim from the store just called to inform me that my unit is held up in customs and they have no idea when it will actually arrive at the store.

Anyone else get a call like this? I'm super bummed right now, I was looking forward to tomorrow like a kid on Christmas Eve.

Did you tell them that it was their problem and not yours!! You don't have to take pity on such a big company. Give them a hurry along so they can ship another to you while the customs one can go back when they decide to release it.

You think it's just mine? I would figure they shipped them into the country in large lots, not one at a time.
