Preinstalled Black Update

Hey guys!

I just bought a 1020 and tried to update it...then I realized that it already had the Black Update installed.
Is that possible? Or did I buy a used phone? What you guys think?

Nope, it's entirely likely it's new. I bought mine a week ago and it came in a sealed box that I watched the ATT rep open and sure enough, it already had Lumia Black loaded on it so it happened to me as well.. I'm thinking that those that are being manufactured within the last few months are being preloaded with the latest before they leave the factory

IIRC my 1020 also came pre-installed with Black. Since the device is still in production, it is a common process to produce them with the latest software installed. Later produced devices of the original Symbian^3 batch, like N8 or E7 also came pre-installed with Symbian Anna and later Belle.
