PREVIEW FOR DEV 8.1 Install through Software?

Just want to ask if there is any way to update to Prev for Dev using any Software in PC(WIN 7)? dont have access to any WIFI here. Only Internet on PC is all i have.

I'm very sorry to tell you, but there developer preview version cannot be installed via PC, only Nokia firmware updates can be.

Does Someone tried here to install via Cellular Network? though i have, i would like to confirm first. i am just afraid for my phone will stock or something.

You can turn your pc into a wifi hotspot and then install the update. I did it that way.
