Private root CA certificate issue, Any help?

private root CA certifica issue

Hello All,

I cannot install my priva root certificate on my Lumia 640 LTE windows 10 mobile phone. Error is 0xc1130006.
None of the normal procedures work.
Can you please help? Is there an App to MANAGE (not only view) certificates on board?

I am having the same issue too, no way to install a pfx (where I have the CA and my personal certificate for client auth) or even the single .cer with the CA (it was working several builds ago)
