Problem in network data

Guys I am having a great problem in lumia 820 .it has serious network connectivity issue.it cannot lock 3G signal.it is connected for little time,thereafter it keeps on disconnecting.as far as 2G is concerned.it locks 2G it does that but it does have problem in 3G am from india.here 2G is very slow. Any help appreciated.

can you describe full problem as which service provider & which city & state

My service provider is Bsnl.am in chennai.also instead of microsim I cut mini sim into micro from mobile shop.am not able to connect to 3G continuously even though I subscribe to 3Gplan.it is connected for few minutes afterwards disconnect always.can u give me any solutions.

Maybe there is problem with your microsim, so buy new microsim from bsnl then try or your sim is not fully fit in phone as it should be due to your sim cut (may be wrong)
