Problem in update

I am not getting any software update for my lumia 625
i didnt get lumia black update as well cyan update

In order to update any WP, you need to do it in WiFi... it won't work on mobile data, no matter how fast it is or you are on unlimited plan.

Another option you have is to update the phone with the Nokia Recovery tool, it will update to the latest ROM which is Cyan. Obviously you will need a PC.

If still refuses to update, consider to make a hard reset, it may solve the problem for good... but it will erase all your data.

Backup what you can, and apps you've purchased you wont loose, just goto windowsphone.com and sign in, check purchase history and send downloads to your phone from there (after you hard reset and set it up/back it up)
