Problem launching apps.

I've got a Lumia 520 and updated software to amber a few days ago. Just noticed recently that occasionally apps won't launch. I can click on the mail tile, the home page will slide to one side and then return to the home page. It's the same when you try to launch apps from the list in the background. A restart usually fixes it. Anybody else experiencing this problem?

I sometimes experience this with my 920 but it tends to fix when I do a soft reset.
