Problem of app crash and unexpected restarts

I own a 640 xl (purchased just 9 months back)...
Facing app crash problem quite often, especially after upgrading to win10mobile...
Also sometimes it restart unexpectedly when using heavily or while using camera and so on....
if you have any solution, pls care to share...

Have you tried a hard reset?

are you on official release or on insider fast ring?

Also it is advised to perform a hard reset after upgrading to windows 10 , as this gives you the best experience.

This shouldn't happen if you are on the official updates. Being in the Fast ring caused this issue. Random restarts and app crashes were a quotidian on 14946.1000. So unless you are on fast ring, try a reset.
