problem regarding whatsapp

installed wp 8.1 developer preview.
tried to install cortana by changing region to US and language to English US.
Cortana was installed successfully but whatsapp was not working neither the store.
so I changed the region and language back to India and English(India) respectively.
now my whatsapp is working but i dont see it in store so not able to update it .
please help me out.
My device is lumia 525

currently there is a problem with whatsapp notifications. The app was pulled from the store and will return after it's fixed.

Soft reset is like restarting your desktop it can take care of minor bugs or issues that pop up. For Nokia it is done by holding down volume button and power button at the same time. Good if screen freezes or something on the phone isn't working quite right. Hard reset is like reloading windows on a desktop. The os is reloaded completely. Any info not backed up is lost. Luckily WP backs up app losts tile layout and many other things, but anything not backed up is erased. Only to be used she nothing else works.
