Problem starting Surface Book, how can I get past the login screen?

Problem starting Surface Book

When I start the Surface Book for the first time, it prompts me for "other User" When I put in my Microsoft login and password, it tells me that they are incorrect. How do I get past this screen?

I had the same issue and I called support. I had to restart then then it started configuring started with asking about a network connection first.
